As the result of Board Meeting held by the partners of Esra Textiles Inc.  on 04 October 2006,  the company partnership structure and its management has been changed.

Upon decision of Mustafa Yamanlar, Managing Partner of the Company, to turnover his shares to Akcan Group and other associate partners, now Esra Textiles Inc. has a new partnership structure and a new management.

We thank Mustafa Yamanlar for his services up rendered for Esra Textiles Inc.

The new Board of Partners has designated Nejat Gürsel as the Managing Director of the company and no further changes have been made at other managerial levels.
